Baked Falafel

over chopped romaine, cucumber, and tomato, with toasted pita and homemade lemon tahini dressing.

What are those globs on top?

GLOBS! That's the falafel. It's chickpeas blended with garlic, onion, parsley, and spices and then formed into patties and baked.

It sure looks good, but sounds like a lot of work and shopping. Come on, where's Cuz M ?

It thought Falafel was some type of pasta.
